The arts are an essential component of our greater community. The Center for the Arts, facilitates sustainable partnerships with both other organizations and artists in our region. It is these private and public partnerships that create the collaborative platform which enhance and strengthen our Art and Cultural offerings and regional desirability.
Center for the Arts is a small organization with a big vision. We welcome your ideas and encourage your partnership though communication, membership and volunteering. CFA acts as a centralized source of information for regional cultural events.
Each Year The Center for the Arts awards Scholarships to Talented Students in the Lake Sunapee Region. Scholarships for those with a dream of pursuing their education in Art, Music, Theater, Dance and Literature.
Supporting the Stars of Tomorrow!
The Center for the Arts Teacher Grant Program encourages teachers and administrators to create projects that will not only expose students to the arts but also to motivate and inspire their students to think creatively and act creatively.
Throughout the year The Center for the Arts sponsors school-wide programs in Music, Theater, Literary, and Visual Arts to supplement the existing Arts Curriculum in our schools.
The affairs, bylaws, recommendations and resolutions of the Association shall be in compliance with all Federal and State statues concerning equal opportunity, and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, ancestry or disability, and further shall promote a workplace free of sexual harassment. Programs are held in venues meeting ADA requirements.
