Artist talk 5:15
My art journey started later in life, about 8 years ago, in which I started painting with acrylic. I found acrylic difficult and finally realized my passion was found once I tried watercolor! I'm a self taught artist, and have not had any formal training.
The paintings on display are a reflection of the beauty that surrounds us here in New Hampshire. I only paint when I feel compelled to do so, I try to not force the flow of creativity. I hope my art brings you a sense of peace and joy as it did for me when I created them.

Artist Talk at 12:30.
Painting gives me the freedom to explore, to experiment and to test my ability to capture nature’s beauty.
There is nothing better than retreating to my studio and getting lost in the challenge of making an image come alive on my canvas!
Living here in New Hampshire, where the seasons are every changing, gives me the opportunity to vary my colors and explore how many different colors there are in snow!!
My next endeavor will be to try “plein air”painting up here on my hill.
