Position Summary: The Marketing Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and administration efforts of the Center for the Arts Lake Sunapee Region. The ideal candidate will have strong abilities in marketing, organization, writing, and management of multiple projects with many stakeholders. It is a fun and vibrant job for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
o Oversees the website working with interns as needed to update information and the online event calendar listings with accuracy and consistency.
· Responsible for managing all digital media, creation, editing and providing content for social media and digital marketing such as eblasts, newsletters, posts, ad campaigns, and online ticketing.
· Owns the marketing calendar and social media calendar tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are hit, and content is pushed
· Coordinate with board members to gather information, stories, and visual assets.
· Write or edit press releases, submitting in a timely fashion.
· Monitor and track marketing performance.
· Respond to phone or emails in a timely fashion.
· Attend monthly team meetings and others as required.
· Other tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
As the Marketing Administrator, you will contribute to the organization's marketing and internal organization efforts, helping to raise awareness, engage stakeholders, and promote the arts programs and events. This role requires an organized self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the arts and nonprofit sector.
This remote role is part-time with an expected workload of 10 hours a week.
